Glad to meet ya. My name is Tanem Davidson and I'm a Motion Graphic/Visual Effects Artist. I've worked at several production houses and multi-media companies over the last six years and have experience in every aspect of production, from story-boarding to producing. I'm currently working as a freelance artist in the greater Seattle area.
Over the last six years I have worked as senior 3D Artist, Storyboard Artist, Motion Graphic Artist, Videographer, Video Editor, Director, Producer, and Visual Effects Artist. I am a big advocate for self-learning and have taught myself screen-writing, story development, compositing, and particle simulations.
My most gratifying accomplishment to date was directing and producing my first feature film, New Brow: Contemporary Underground Art. New Brow was featured in nine film festivals including United Film Festival Los Angeles and Comic-con International Film Festival, and won the Silver Ace Award at the Las Vegas Film Festival. Since then, the film has screened around the world, featured in online and print articles, and discussed on radio. New Brow is now available on iTunes, Amazon instant video, and other VOD. Beyond my work on New Brow, I was also part of the creative team that won the Showtime Best Animated Drama award for a short film, Fowl Play, and was a storyboard artist on the Sundance Grand Jury nominated Cherish and the Sundance Grand Jury nominated and Alfred P. Sloan award winner Dopamine.
It is my goal to be a part a creative environment where I can grow with a team of colleagues and build something great.
